The Founders
The QCPADFI was conceptualized and nurtured by Mr. Eddie Elejar, Mr. Luther Perez and the late Mr. Tony Fabella. Its founding chairperson was Ms. Joy Belmonte.

QCPADFI is a leading Performing Arts Foundation dedicated to nurturing and promoting the performing arts in all its diverse forms. Our foundation was established with the vision of enriching lives and strengthening communities through the power of artistic expression.
Our Objectives
Artistic Development: We strive to provide a platform for emerging and established artists to hone their craft, collaborate, and create impactful performances that transcend cultural boundaries.
Community Engagement: We actively engage with local communities to make the performing arts accessible to everyone, organizing workshops, events, and outreach programs to foster artistic appreciation and participation.
Cultural Exchange: We believe in the power of cultural exchange and actively promote international collaborations, encouraging artists from different regions to share their unique perspectives and traditions.
Educational Initiatives: Through scholarships, grants, and educational programs, we support aspiring artists in their pursuit of excellence, contributing to the growth of the performing arts community.
